One of my impressionistic images created in camera was awarded International Garden Photogprapher of the Year Award finalist 2017. This September Sheringham Park, Norfolk will be hosting an outdoor exhibition of Competition 11 featuring the biggest ever outdoor exhibition structure built by the International Garden Photographer of the Year team. A must to do this September is to see the world's very best garden photography. More details to follow
I am proud to announce that I have just been awarded a finalist award on 9th February 2018
I am excited to announce that at least one of my entries has won an award – Commended, Highly Commended, Finalist, 1st, 2nd or 3rd place. Places will be announced on February 9 2018 and I will be at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew on February 9 2018 to collect my award.
Very excited and proud to announce that due to the very successful christmas market at the weekend at Alby, Norfolk, I have updated my website to enable direct purchases using cards or paypal. There is still time to get that christmas voucher and/or unique fine art print
Fine Art Prints can now be purchased from The Pop-Up Parrot, 14 Market Street, North Walsham. New opening hours are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9:30am - 5pm, and 9:30 - 1pm on Wednesday and Saturday.
Alternatively, why not pop into the Aldborough Black Boys pub on the village green; enjoy a pint and view some of my other images of our village and its surrounding countryside.
All quality fine art prints are limited in numbers and can be purcashed in either a mount, mounted and framed or printed on quality canvas. Just drop me a line if you have any special requests.
I am aiming to shoot landscape photographs using just my Sigma 35mm F1.4 DG HSM Lens for the next month as I believe it will open up my mind to other possibilities and learned a bit more about composition - and less to carry in the bag!
The aim is to not just aim, zoom and shoot but to look around, think and ask myself how can I get the best shot with what I have. This could be very liberating - we will wait and see. If you would like to know how I get on why not follow me on my facebook photography page https://www.facebook.com/helenstorer.photographer
